We typically ship our products 3-4 business days after you place your order. Your garment should arrive shortly thereafter and will be shipped carbon-neutrally and free of charge for our customers via DHL.

Currently, our products are only available in the EU. For individual inquiries in other countries, please contact us!

After receiving your order, you can return the product to us free of charge within 14 days. Please ensure that all tags are attached to the product, that the storage bag is included, and that you request the return within this period.

The prerequisite for a return is that all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and storage bag. We ask for your understanding that we must reject incomplete, damaged, or returned items sent outside the return period.

Since we use only the best and most exquisite materials, proper care is especially important for the longevity of our products:

Hand wash: If you hand wash your delicate items, always use cold water (max. 20 degrees Celsius) with a special wool detergent. Avoid vigorous rubbing or pulling.

Machine wash: When washing, please select special programs for wool or silk depending on the material composition, and 20°C for wool and a maximum of 30°C for silk/cotton and other blends. Place the garments in a laundry bag to protect them.

For garments containing wool, please always select the wool program and a suitable wool detergent (max. 20 degrees).

Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out the water without wringing. Then lay the garments flat on a dry towel, reshape them, and allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

All our products are manufactured in Germany or Austria.
