OWN RHYTHM
Every trace is created by movement.
It remains visible for a moment, becomes part of a larger surface, and then disappears again. What remains is the impression of a direction.
A studio also develops its own rhythm. Form emerges through repetition, continuation, and testing. Material reacts to hand and time. Decisions become apparent in the process.
An idea is sketched, altered, translated into practice. Construction grows step by step. Yarn behaves differently in practice than in conception. Only through action does it become clear what works.
Basic approach
The studio is a place where craftsmanship and thought intertwine. Every piece of work arises from attention to structure, proportion, and surface.
Natural fibers carry their origin within them. They react to body heat, movement, and duration. These properties are incorporated into every constructive decision. Time is not an addition but an integral part of the development.
Rhythm here does not mean tempo but recurrence. Repeated testing. Continuation. Clarification.
Expression of freedom
From this inner compass, freedom arises.
