SKY WHISPER features a light, flowing structure with hand-crafted floral appliqués. The skirt's slightly sheer knit is complemented by a separately crafted, color-coordinated, and opaque silk stretch underskirt. Each edge is individually stitched, creating a smooth, precise finish.
